Preparation may vary depending on the service, but in general, we recommend arriving well hydrated, wearing comfortable clothing, and allowing yourself a little time before your session to slow down and settle in. If possible, avoid rushing, heavy meals, or excessive stimulation immediately beforehand.
Come with an open mind and a simple intention for what you would like to receive, explore, or support during your session. You do not need to know exactly what you need—your session can unfold from where you are in the present moment.

The appropriate frequency depends on your needs, intentions, sensitivity, schedule, and personal healing process.
Some clients receive sessions during periods of stress, emotional transition, grief, spiritual growth, or physical recovery. Others choose regular sessions as part of their ongoing self-care practice.
Healing should not create dependency. The intention is to support your awareness, self-trust, and ability to participate actively in your own well-being.

After a session, you may feel calm, rested, emotionally lighter, reflective, energized, or more aware of certain thoughts and feelings.
You may also feel tired or need additional quiet time as you process the experience. Drinking water, resting, journaling, taking a gentle walk, and avoiding unnecessary overstimulation may support integration.
There is no single correct response to energy work. Each person and each session may be different.
