My journey into holistic wellness began with a desire to understand the deeper relationship between the physical body, emotional well-being, energy and consciousness.
Over the years, that exploration grew into a path of Reiki, energy work, wellness education, consciousness studies and integrative technologies.
Malena Energetics emerged from that journey.
I created this space for people who feel called to explore wellness beyond a purely physical approach—while honoring personal choice, individual beliefs and each person's unique path.
My role is not to tell you who you are or what you should believe.
My intention is to provide a compassionate space, supportive tools and experiences that may help you listen more deeply to yourself.
